Electric Vegetable Cutter with 2 Speeds

This Electric Vegetable Cutter with 2 Speeds is ideal for catering professionals. It has a capacity of up to 300 Kg/h and is suitable for up to 400 covers per service. Efficient, it allows you to slice, grate, and cut fruits and vegetables. It is equipped with two speeds of 320 and 640 revolutions per minute.

Easy to use, it has a waterproof control panel with an on/off button, a speed selector 1 and 2, and automatic magnetic detection for optimal user safety. The detection prevents the device from starting if it detects an anomaly. Therefore, the device stops as soon as it detects improper use. Furthermore, this professional vegetable cutter has two chutes to adapt to all vegetables. The large chute of 217 cm2 is specially designed for bulky vegetables such as cabbage or celeriac. The cylindrical chute of 60.5 mm in diameter is suitable for long and fragile vegetables such as cucumbers or zucchinis. Finally, a side discharge chute offers a passage of 20 cm. You can therefore install a deep 20 cm GN recovery tray.

Efficient, this device is equipped with an asynchronous motor integrated into the metal motor block. The latter ensures reliability and robustness. In addition, it has integrated ventilation openings on the motor block to allow excellent motor ventilation. Particularly ergonomic, it includes an ambidextrous handle. Furthermore, it has the automatic start function with the handle.

This device is a guarantee of stability and is easy to clean. Indeed, all parts in contact with food can be easily removed and are dishwasher safe for quick cleaning (cutting chamber, handle, chutes, and lever).
