Ideal for catering professionals, this Smoke Gun made of acrylic allows you to add a subtle woody flavor to your dishes without flame or heat. It has a length of 170mm, a depth of 50mm, and a height of 150mm. The gun comes ready to use with wood shavings of two different flavors: apple flavor which gives a milder smoke flavor, typically used for ham, poultry, and game; Hickory wood flavor which is generally used for smoked beef, game, and pork.
