It is compatible with all burners, including induction. This highly resistant pan is perfect for use in commercial and professional kitchens. It is made from 100% natural mineral material with a protective finish of organic beeswax. The pan should be cleaned to remove the beeswax and seasoned with oil before use - this process will give it a non-stick, durable, and anti-aroma finish, helping you achieve superior cooking results.
