Electric Fryer with Drain Valve - 2 x 10 L This Electric Fryer with Drain Valve is ideal for catering professionals. It is equipped with two tanks, each with a capacity of 10 L. Additionally, it features temperature control with adjustable thermostat, drain valves with safety and swan neck, a cold zone, an on/off switch, and a safety cut-off. Its self-locking lifting resistors have a power of 7.5 kW, consisting of 3 independent elements of 2.5 kW each. Furthermore, each tank can cook up to 14 kg per hour. Made of stainless steel, this fryer ensures strength and durability. - 2 baskets - Number of tanks: 2 - Drain valve: Yes - Tank capacity: 2 x 10 L Delivered with two baskets, each capable of holding 1.5 kg of frozen fries. All three-phase electrical equipment is delivered without a cable. Attention: do not use solid fat. This product must be installed by a professional to benefit from the warranty.
