Fryer Mastercook Profil Line with Drain Tap - 8 L

Ideal for catering professionals, this Profi Line Fryer with Drain Tap features a tank with a nice capacity of 8 L. Made of 18/0 stainless steel, it guarantees strength and durability. It is equipped with a removable heating element that automatically stops when removed from the device. Additionally, its V-shaped oil tank allows for better cold zone insulation.

Furthermore, its control button and temperature indicators are placed on top of the device for ease of use. It even has heat protection with a thermal fuse with reset function. With dimensions L 305 x P 515 x H 350 mm, it is equipped with a frying basket with an extra-long handle for intensive use.
