Professional Gas Crepe Maker - Comfort Range - Ø 40 cm

Ideal for catering professionals, this Professional Gas Crepe Maker from the Comfort range is perfectly suited for regular to intensive use. Robust and durable, it features a stainless steel frame and a machined cast iron plate certified for food contact with a diameter of 40 cm. For even heat distribution, this plate has a large diameter burner with 8 branches.

Additionally, it is equipped with spark train ignition integrated into its protected control knob, as well as an automatic temperature regulation function for the plate. Furthermore, the temperature can be adjusted between 50°C and 300°C for precise cooking. To prevent heat loss, the burner is thermally insulated.

Finally, this appliance includes a recessed front panel for easy cleaning and better resistance. Its wide feet provide excellent stability.

This crepe maker complies with European CE standards.
