Very sharp knives, perfectly balanced, with a blade made of X50CrMoV15 alloy stainless steel - ensuring excellent sharpness and great resistance to wear. Shock-resistant ergonomic ABS handles designed to withstand impacts.

The double-sided case contains 8 Dick knives: a 22 cm chef's knife (Premier Plus), an 18 cm flexible fillet knife (Premier Plus), a 15 cm boning knife (Premium range), a 10 cm paring knife (Premium range), a bird's beak knife (Premium range), a 25 cm tongs, a double spoon, and a 25 cm oval sharpening stone.
