Mixer Master MX 91-500 - 3 Blades - With Variable Speed

This professional mixer from the Dynamic brand will be your best ally for your large quantity preparations, from 40 to 100 L. Powerful and robust, it is equipped with a 3-blade Ti-metal knife for optimal performance, as well as a foot, tube, and bell in stainless steel. Its 500 mm long foot makes it ideal for deep containers. It is also fixed, for a longer lifespan of the device.

Very easy to use, it is equipped with an on/off button. Its foot and bell are removable without tools, for perfect hygiene. Its lightness makes it easy to handle, as does its new motorization, ensuring optimal performance. It is also compatible with many accessories such as whisks, the cutter bowl, the masher tool, and the blender foot.

It is perfectly suited for mixing cooked vegetables directly in the pot, for example. This mixer is ideal for preparing velvety soups, fish soups, mousselines, sauces, fruit creams, etc.
