The Mixed Oven Touch by HENDI revolutionizes efficiency and precision in professional kitchens thanks to advanced features and unmatched ease of use. This model, designed to accommodate up to 5 GN 1/1 tray levels, allows catering establishments to prepare between 70 to 100 dishes per day, combining speed and consistency in every preparation.

Made of 18/8 stainless steel, this mixed oven ensures exceptional durability while facilitating cleaning with its rounded corners. Its double-glazed door, equipped with LED lighting and various secure opening options (60°, 90°, 120°, 180°), offers optimal insulation and minimizes the risk of burns.

The integration of advanced touch technology is manifested by a 7-inch color TFT screen, offering an intuitive and multilingual user interface (42 languages available). This interface allows easy access to 500 predefined recipes and the ability to manage custom programs, with functions such as preheating, multi-level cooking, and a multipoint probe for three-point temperature precision.

Furthermore, this oven incorporates patented technologies such as Flow+ for optimized air circulation, and Humid+ and Dry+, which effectively regulate humidity for perfect cooking results.
