Ideal for catering professionals, this Gas Barbecue Europa is equipped with three independently adjustable longitudinal burners. They are themselves equipped with a safety thermocouple and electronic ignition. Powerful, this professional barbecue operates thanks to the thermal energy accumulation of lava stones. These ensure even heat distribution, with the flames not being in direct contact with the grill.

Designed in stainless steel, it is both solid and durable. Furthermore, the burner unit is fully detachable, making cleaning easier. With excellent cooking properties, this barbecue quickly and evenly sears the meat due to its high temperature. Additionally, it reduces sticking to the grill even when it has not been greased. It also has a grease collector so that meat fats are drained during cooking.
