Wok - 36 cm Diameter

This Wok has a diameter of 36 cm. It is compatible with all heat sources including induction. Its dimensions are: ø 360 x (h) 90 mm. Its design consists of three layers (from the bottom to the edge) composed of an outer layer of 18/0 chrome steel (0.5 mm), an inner layer of 18/8 stainless steel (0.4 mm), and an intermediate layer of aluminum (1.5 mm).

It heats up quickly and its heat distribution is even. Its longevity is extended thanks to its high resistance to wear. Its flat bottom has a diameter of 145 mm.
