Ideal for catering professionals, this Vegetable Cutter is suitable for heavy-duty use. It allows you to cut large quantities of vegetables in no time. Its large opening allows you to pass large pieces of vegetables up to 165 mm in diameter. With dimensions of L 500 x D 250 x H 470 mm, it has an opening specially designed for long vegetables such as carrots or cucumbers with a maximum diameter of 55 mm.

Resistant and durable, it has a cutting chamber made of cast aluminum. The lower part of its housing, on the other hand, is made of stainless steel. To ensure better stability, it is equipped with 4 non-slip rubber feet. Furthermore, it includes a pressure lever that is both practical and easy to use. This lever allows the vegetable cutter to start automatically when lowered. For optimal safety, it has a cover closed with screws and an electromagnetic sensor detecting the opening of the cover and automatically stopping the device.

Efficient, this professional vegetable cutter includes 5 discs: a 2 mm thick slicing disc, a 4 mm thick slicing disc, a 3 mm thick grating disc, a 5 mm thick grating disc, and a 7 mm thick grating disc. The change of cutting discs, on the other hand, is easy and quick.

This ventilated motor vegetable cutter with a power of 750 W has low-voltage control buttons to stop and start the machine.
