CL 50 Vegetable Cutter - 2 Speeds

	Output A large chute (surface of 139 cm2) for cutting large vegetables such as cabbage and celery. Possibility to process up to 10 tomatoes in one operation.
	Precision A cylindrical chute (Ø 58 mm) designed for long or fragile vegetables (e.g., zucchini, cucumber, mushrooms) with remarkable cutting precision.
	Cleaning Lid design with simple shapes without corners for easy cleaning. Ergonomics These models are equipped with an automatic machine restart by the lever for better working comfort and execution speed.
	Robustness Motor block in polycarbonate, designed for working with large quantities.

Designed for catering professionals (caterers, communities, restaurants), the CL 50 Vegetable Cutter is a robust, efficient, and easy-to-use device, ideal for 20 to 300 covers.

With an output of 250 kg/h, it is equipped with a removable lid with two chutes:

- A large one for bulky or large quantities of vegetables (up to 10 tomatoes at a time),

- A cylindrical one (Ø 5.8 cm) with a holding insert for uniform cutting of long or fragile vegetables.

Compatible with 50 discs (optional) to vary cuts, it also accepts macédoine and fries discs. Two speeds (375 or 750 rpm) ensure precise and regular cutting.

Its asynchronous motor, polycarbonate block, and automatic restart via lever ensure robustness, longevity, and ease of use. Secured with motor brake and magnetic safety. Easy to clean thanks to its removable metal elements and corner-free design.
