Ideal for preparing pizza, sandwiches, or salads, the Polar Series G refrigerated preparation counter offers generous refrigerated storage capacity and quick and convenient access to ingredients. This pizza and salad preparation counter is composed of a granite worktop and a gastronorm refrigerated space that can hold 5 x 1/6 depth 150mm trays (sold separately). Polar Series G refrigerated units are designed for daily commercial use in demanding professional environments. With a strong commercial construction and robust compressors, choose Series G refrigeration if you need a durable appliance that will be frequently opened. The Polar Series G range excels in ambient temperatures up to 32°C. What is the storage capacity in the upper part? The upper part can accommodate up to five GN 1/6 trays, approximately 12 liters of total storage capacity. Is the breath guard removable? No, the breath guard is securely attached to the counter and should not be removed during use. Replacement breath guards are available in the spare parts and accessories tab below.
