This Preparation counter of the Saladette type with marble worktop and refrigerated gastronorm zone protected by a screen. Ideal for preparing pizzas, salads, and sandwiches. Large storage capacity. The marble worktop stays cold, preventing the pizza dough from sticking. Fully automatic control with constant digital display and automatic defrosting. CFC-free. Not tropicalized.

Each door of the refrigerated counter can accept up to six shelves, providing up to 18 storage shelves. It should be noted that shelves and shelf supports are sold separately, and additional shelves will reduce the overall capacity of the counter.
