This Double Gas Fryer with Drain Tap is ideal for catering professionals. It has two tanks with a capacity of 10 L each. Equipped with a drain tap, it is easy to clean. The pilot light ignition is done by piezo.

Moreover, this professional fryer has a regulation thermostat and a safety thermostat. The temperature can be adjusted between 50°C and 190°C. The compatible baskets measure 200 x 310 x 140 mm. Finally, the device has adjustable feet.

Each tank includes a grid placed on the three burner tubes.
