Vertical gastronorm cabinet with double doors, large storage capacity, can accommodate up to 20 gastronorm pans 2/1 with 100 mm depth. Ventilated cooling for storing foodstuffs in high-volume professional kitchens. The temperature is quickly restored even if the doors are frequently opened. Fully automatic control with constant digital display. Semi-automatic defrosting with time interval and lockable wheels. CFC-free.
