Easily cut all your breads with this bread knife from the Japanese brand Masahiro! Its long 24 cm blade has a fine serration that will easily slice through your crusts without affecting the crumb, allowing you to make beautiful clean and airy slices.

Let's take a closer look at its composition: the knife blade is made of MBS-26 steel, to which 0.9% carbon has been added.

The result is a knife that is as resistant as it is sharp, with a hardness of ~59-60°HRC on the Rockwell scale.

Its handle is made of Polyoxymethylene, which makes it antibacterial and resistant to water and heat, while being soft to the touch.

The handle is therefore very ergonomic and offers exceptional cutting comfort, for very easy cutting of your food.
