Additionally, the upper plate is self-balancing, thus adapting to foods of different thicknesses, ensuring optimal cooking quality.

The pressure of the plates is adjustable, allowing you to choose a gentler or more intense cooking mode. The chassis is made of stainless steel, the most used steel in professional kitchens due to its hygienic and resistant properties. The hinge is very solid and durable over time. The cooking plates are made of enameled cast iron, much more resistant than vitroceramic, and certified for food contact, for a durable grill.

For your safety, all control knobs are protected. This quality professional grill has a removable waste collection tray, making it easy to clean, for a hygienic work surface. It has an on/off switch with a power indicator light.

Its power will also allow you to cook frozen steaks with the smooth model at the bottom and grooved at the top. With dimensions of 416 x 379 x 220 mm, this grill is Single-phase (230 V).

It features an Easy Clean technology patented by the brand. This system allows you to easily change the cooking plates for grill or snack. The grill thus becomes modular to offer you more flexibility in your daily recipe choices: paninis, hamburgers, meats, fish, eggs, or vegetables.
