Electric 10L fryer with temperature control by adjustable thermostat, draining with swan neck and safety valve, on/off switch, safety cut-off, cold zone. Lift-up self-locking heating element. Supplied with a basket that can hold 1.5kg of frozen fries. The fryer can cook up to 15 kg of fries per hour. Attention: do not use solid fat. All three-phase electrical equipment is supplied without a cable.
