The vegetable cutting accessory, common to the R301 and R301 Ultra models, consists of a vegetable cutting bowl and a cover. The bowl and cover are removable.
Large chute (surface 104 cm2) allowing the cutting of vegetables such as cabbage, celery, lettuce, tomatoes.
Cylindrical chute (ø 58 mm) designed for long or fragile vegetables, ensuring remarkable cutting precision.
Complete range of stainless steel discs available for all your fruit and vegetable cuts: slices, wavy cuts, sticks, and grated.

The professional Kitchen Robot R 301 has a pulse function and a continuous ejection system, meaning an ejection mouth on the side to allow you to put your preparation directly into an ingredient bin or a saucepan for time and cleaning savings.

Automatic restart of the machine by the lever for better work comfort and speed of execution.

This combined cutter and vegetable cutter allows you to save a lot of time while achieving a perfect result. Efficient, its Cutter bowl is made of stainless steel making it even more robust.
