This inner layer is covered with two layers of Damascus steel which gives it a razor-sharp edge, an attractive finish, and professional durability - ideal for use in a commercial kitchen. Damascus steel also prevents corrosion, giving the blade greater longevity and making it perfect for use in professional kitchens - saving you on replacements.
